The summit began with an opening session by İbrahim Tataroğlu, Senior Industry Leader at KoçDigital, who set the stage by sharing the measurable impact of KoçDigital’s AI-infused manufacturing and supply chain management solutions across more than 500 companies in over 14 countries. Following the opening, keynote speaker İhsan Özçıtak delivered his session, “Artificial Intelligence: The New Fuel of Antifragility,” highlighting AI as a powerful enabler in navigating uncertainty. A key message of the session was that AI is not merely a decision-making machine, but a stress simulator that enriches the decision environment by generating more scenarios, reducing experimentation costs and accelerating feedback loops.
